We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of      applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for our products are      subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to      modify or discontinue a product without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for the total amount of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We will make every effort to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are      estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
• LabX Naturals is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external      shipping carriers, severe weather, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products and our strict health and safety protocols, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or unsealed products. * If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Unopened and perfectly sealed products may be eligible for return within 3 working days of delivery, subject to approval and a potential restocking fee.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, LabX Naturals and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website (including branding, logos, product names, text, and images). All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from LabX Naturals for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
